“It will be a great tool for teaching landings.  Being able to capture the sight picture on final approach and review runway alignment will help my students understand and critique their performance.  I also really like the audio capture of ATC communications, especially for students who are not native English speakers.  I can send the system with my students on their solo flights for review later.  I can also imagine recording flight performance during IFR training.  Comparing the GPS track to the desired flight path and observing the flight instruments will help IFR students debrief their performance.”
